 Preparing the Space

Before using your kit, take a moment to center yourself. Breathe deeply, drink a little pure water, and set your intention.

Example of intention:

Choose a calm and well-ventilated place, ideally facing East, the direction of new beginnings.
Place the abalone shell on its wooden stand.
Hold the feather in your left hand (receptive side) and the Palo Santo or Sage in your right (active side).

The Shamanic Orgo-Life® Ritual Steps

1. Lighting the Sacred Fire

• Light the Palo Santo or White Sage with a candle or gentle flame.
